Brenda Cloud
Brenda has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. she graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a B.S. in Recreation/Exercise Science. Brenda has been certified in YogaFit, Stott Mat Pilates, Balanced Body Reformer Pilates, ACSM fitness instructor and Schwinn Spinning.
Brenda enjoys being active and feeling good! She is a former triathlete and still enjoys non-competitive running and outdoor swimming. She is fortunate enough to travel to the “blue waters” regularly where she loves to walk along the beach and enjoy the sea-foam help cleanse her body.
Brenda was drawn to yoga for its sense of calm. For yoga’s ability to help transform the body and the mind. She believes it is her calling to help others achieve a life of health, vitality, and balance. She brings intention, passion, and love to her yoga practice, and encourages her students to do the same. Brenda’s motto is “Feel good! Love your life!”
