Lymphatic Massage

At Hands in Harmony we feel Lymph massage is vital for everyone. We offer two different types of lymph massage.

Detox Lymph:

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle technique designed to stimulate lymph flow. MLD helps to remove excess water, toxins, and waste products from the body while increasing immune function. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in the body’s ability to heal from injury and ward off disease. It is essential to the body’s drainage system for cleansing and filtering out toxins and bacteria.

Restorative Lymph:

This version of lymph massage is geared more for the clients who have lymph issues due to surgery or injury. Clients who have had a Lymphadenectomy or lymph node dissection (the surgical removal of one or more groups of lymph node or injury to the lymph nodes and their pathways due to traumatic injury or surgery) would be candidates for restorative lymph.

Restorative Lymph is preformed by Wahneta Dimmer, master level therapist and owner of Hands in Harmony.
